CurbCRM ("we", "us", "our") provides a customer relationship management app built for real estate agents. This policy covers information we collect through the CurbCRM website and app at curbcrm.app.

• Account information: your name, email address, and a hashed password when you sign up.
• CRM content: the contacts, listings, deals, tasks, notes, and activity you enter into your workspace.
• Billing information: if you subscribe, our payment processor collects payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and log data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and a small amount of analytics to understand product usage.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the CurbCRM service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account notices, product updates you opted into).
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that help us run CurbCRM (hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, analytics, payments). They may only use the data to perform services for us.
• Legal requests when we are required to comply with valid legal process.
• Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete it, we remove your workspace content within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep records for legal, tax, or security reasons.

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at privacy@curbcrm.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database to protect your workspace. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small amount of analytics to help us understand how CurbCRM is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will break sign-in.

CurbCRM is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

CurbCRM is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, your data may be processed in the US and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
